The quality in our services is an essential feature in our company. As a proof of that, we have got a Quality Management System, certified by one of the most authorised companies in the country in the Certification of Quality (AENOR), which confirms our service vocation to the customer.
Since 1999, Transportes García de la Fuente, S.A. has documented, implemented and certified its Quality Management System, based on the norm ISO 9001:9002. The implementation of this system was given because of our constant aspiration of satisfying our customer's requirements, improving continuously their level of satisfaction, by providing them safe sevices, withour accepting any commitment which could affect on their quality.
So, the main Direction establishes the ways for the diffusion and understanding of the Quality Policy by all the members of the company, distributing the documentation of the system and teaching the workers in the knowledge, comprehension and acceptation of the Quality Management System, which knows the meaning and the importance of their activities, contributing this way to the achievement of the quality aims.
The good procedure of the Quality Management System and the continuous improvements must be achieved by the strict observation of the rules contained in the Quality Handbook of Transportes García de la Fuente, S.A., and in the different procedures, technical instructions and records in the System. These rules are permanently reviewed in order to have always a System adjusted to the customer's requirements and to the legal requirements.
This way, all the organization focuses towards this fundamental goal, doing the commitment of achieving our quality aims.
